Yiannis Marditsis

Yiannis Marditsis was a Greek football player of the 1950s - 1960s era.

Marditsis was born in Aegaleo in 1933. He played for Aegaleo during the greater part of the 1950s before jumping to AEK in 1959.

He was AEK's centre back during their first post-WW II championship year (1963). He quit football the following year.

Marditsis died on January 27, 2010.
