Zacharias Haliabalias was a Greek football defender of the 1960s - 1970s era.

Haliabalias was born in 1946 in Thessaloniki. He played for Iraklis Thessaloniki, as a centre back, with whom he made 280 appearances in the Alpha Ethniki.

Haliabalias was a member of the Greek Armed forces team that won the CISM Cup in Iraq (in 1968) and in Athens (in 1969).

He was capped three times by the National Football Team of Greece.

Haliabalias died on July 22, 2020.
