Kato Polemidia (Greek: Κάτω Πολεμίδια), is a municipality in Lemesos province, Cyprus.

Kato Polemidia had a population of 18,452 inhabitants according to the October 2001 census. Its name is said to be derived from the tree known locally as "πολεμιδκιά".

Kato Polemidia was first mentioned separately from Pano Polemidia in the census of 1901. Prior to 1974, it was a mixed community, however, its Turkish population left for the north after the Turkish invasion of Cyprus. They were replaced by an influx of Greek Cypriot refugees from the north.

Kato Polemidia achieved municipality status in 1986.
