The '''Democratic Social Movement''' ('''DIKKI''', [[Greek language|Greek]]: ''Δημοκρατικό Κοινωνικό Κίνημα'', ''Dimokratiko Koinoniko Kinima'') was a Greek democratic socialist political party. The party was founded in [[1995]] by [[Dimitris Tsovolas]] and ran in the election of [[September 1996]]. It got 4% of the vote and nine seats in parliament.

In the [[1999]] - [[2004]] [[European Parliament]] they had elected members that sat in the European United Left - Nordic Green Left group. After these initial successes however, DIKKI failed to elect members in the [[Hellenic Parliament]] in two consecutive elections. Tsovolas unilaterally decided to dissolve it. Several party members who were frustrated with his decision went to court over this, and the court ruled that DIKKI legally exists. However, there is hardly any hope for its revival.
