Koulocheris was born on [[March 10]], [[1981]], in [[Karditsa]], [[Thessaly]]. He played for [[Proodeftiki FC|Proodeftiki]] from [[1998]] until [[2002]] when he transferred to [[Olympiakos FC|Olympiakos]]. In the next three years, Koulocheris only had three league appearances for Olympiakos and was sent to [[Aris FC|Aris]] in January [[2006]].
