'''Giorgos Moutsios''' (aka Yorgos or George Moutsios) was a [[Greeks|Greek]] actor.

Moutsios was born on [[January 31]], [[1932]], in [[Kalamata]]. He studied both at the Hellenic Conservatory and its Drama school. He made his screen debut in the [[1951]] film "Ririka". In [[1962]], he had a part in the mega-hit movie "300 Spartans", playing the leader of the Thespian troops, Demophilos.

Moutsios was active in the cinema and television throughout the [[1960s]], [[1970s|70s]], [[1980s|80s]] and [[1990s|90s]] with over 50 films to his credit.

His last film was "Alexandros and Aishe" in [[2002]].

Moutsios died on [[July 17]], [[2012]].

He was married to actress Despina Nikolaidou.
