Alkiviades was born on [[January 10]], [[1944]].
He played for [[EPA Larnaca FC|EPA]] [[Larnaca]] winning the league title with them in [[1970]]. The following year he played in the Greek [[Alpha Ethniki]] making 26 appearances.

During his playing career, Alkiviades was capped by the [[Cypriot National Football Team]] 17 times.

He died on [[May 10]], [[2014]] at the age of 70.

He is considered to be one of the top three [[Cypriot]] goalkeepers of all time.
