'''Manolis Mitsias''' is a [[Greeks|Greek]] singer with a career that spans over 40 years.

Mitsias was born on [[February 26]], [[1946]] in [[Doumpia]], [[Chalkidiki prefecture]], [[Macedonia]], [[Greece]]. He started his career at a very young age, having a keen interest in Byzantine music and traditional music. He studied in [[Thessaloniki]] and first recorded a song in [[1969]] with the hit "Στην Ελευσίνα μια φορά" ("Once upon a time in [[Elefsina]]").

Over the next forty+ years, Mitsias sang songs by noted composers such as [[Mikis Theodorakis]], [[Stavros Xarchakos]], [[Vasilis Tsitsanis]], [[Thanos Mikroutsikos]], [[Yiannis Markopoulos]], [[Marios Tokas]], [[Akis Panos]], [[Dimos Moutsis]], [[Giorgos Hadjinasios]], [[Yiannis Spanos]], etc. In the early [[1970s]] he also sang works by the Spanish poet Federico Garcia Lorca.

Mitsias has appeared in concert in [[Greece]] and abroad. He has recorded to date more than 35 albums.
