'''Nestoras Kommatos''' is a 2.03m [[Greeks|Greek]] [[basketball]] player who currently plays for Lokomotiv Rostov. He was born in [[Larisa]], [[Thessaly]], [[Greece]] to a Greek father and an Afircan mother from Guinea. Kommatos plays as a forward and is a great scorer.

Kommatos started his career with [[AEL 1964 BC|Gymnastikos Larisa]]. In [[2000]] he transferred to [[Makedonikos BC]], then to [[PAOK BC|PAOK]] for a year and then on to [[Aris BC|Aris]]. In [[2003]]-[[2004|04]], he was the top scorer of the Greek championship [[A1 Ethniki|A1]] with 21 points per game.

In [[2005]] Kommatos moved to the European basketball giants Maccabi Tel Aviv and won with them the Euroleague championship. Afterwards, he played with Fortitudo Bologna in Italy and then with CB Sevilla in Spain. In [[2006]] he played for [[AEK BC|A.E.K.]] and in [[2007]] he moved to Russia and joined Lokomotiv Rostov.
