'''Vasilis Karaiskos''' is a [[Greeks|Greek]] [[football (soccer)|football]] coach who formerly played as a striker.

Karaiskos was born in [[Volos]] on [[March 3]], [[1952]]. He played for local club Sarakinos moving to [[Olympiakos Volos FC|Olympiakos Volos]] when he was 18 years old.

In [[1974]], he transferred to [[Panathinaikos FC|Panathinaikos]] where he played for two seasons. Afterwards, in [[1976]], he moved to [[Crete]] to play for [[OFI|OFI]]. In [[1983]], he moved back to [[Volos]] and local [[Olympiakos Volos FC|Olympiakos]] for two seasons. He ended his career in [[1987]] playing for [[Ergotelis FC|Ergotelis]].

Karaiskos has since been coaching various clubs in [[Crete]] including [[Ergotelis FC|Ergotelis]], AO Tymbaki, Asteras Rethymno, AO Chania, Moires, etc.

Overall in his career, he played in 330 [[Alpha Ethniki]] games scoring 53 goals.
