Swedish born Hans Bakke agreed to come in as the Panathinaikos FC coach following Alberto Malesani's two-year tenure that ended by mutual consent.
The 54-year-old (at the time of the agreement) has won Danish titles with København (2003, 2004) and AaB (1999) in addition to spending a year in charge of Austria's SV Austria Salzburg.
