Doukissa was born on [[February 8]], [[1941]]. By [[1954]], she was a singing "wunderkind". She developed into a popular [[Laika]] singer who happened to be the favourite of [[Aristotle Onassis]] and Jackie Kennedy Onassis.
 
 
 
Between 1966 and 1970, she appeared in ten movies («Ενας χίπις με φιλότιμο», «Θα κάνω πέτρα την καρδιά μου», «Τα αδέλφια μου», «Συντρίμμια τα όνειρά μας»)
