Memos Ioannou is a former Greek basketball player, a member of the squad that won Eurobasket 1987.

Agamemnon Ioannou was born on April 15, 1958 in Athens. He played his club basketball for Panathinaikos and later PAOK. His first appearance with the national team was on October 27, 1981 against Hungary, at the "Dimitria", when the coach was Kostas Politis. Over all, Ioannou was capped 64 times with 249 points to his credit.

After his playing days were over, Ioannou became a coach with stints in Cyprus - with Keravnos Strovolos - and in Greece with Ilisiakos and Panionios.
