We have to accept the fact that Northern Epirus is under a country called from interna-tional nations “Albania” ,and no to insult this country but to analyze the real facts that happened in Balkan .When ethnic people integrated with other people of Balkan such as Northern Epirus , in appropriate historical moment for those others country ,they deter-mine a veto ,and expulsion people aren’t allowed to reply for their rights such as epiriots . Always historians had written in interest of their countries .
