AE Paphos FC (Greek: Αθλητική Ένωση Πάφου; Athletic Union Paphos) is a Cypriot football club based in Paphos. The club was formed in 2000 after the merger of the two clubs of Paphos, APOP and Evagoras. As APOP were in First Division, the newly-formed club of Paphos began its history in the top league. They remained there until the 2005 season when they were relegated.

The 2006 season was their first in the Second Division. AE Paphos were promoted back into the First Division for 2007 but were relegated again. After winning promotion, they are again competing in the Top Division.

AE Paphos play their home matches in the Pafiako Stadium, capacity 11,000.
