Agia Napa FC (Greek: Αγία Νάπα) is a Cypriot football club from the town of Ayia Napa near Paralimni.

The club was founded in 1990 after the merger of two clubs: APEAN (Athlitiki Podosfairiki Enosis Ayias Napas) and ENAN (Enosis Neon Ayias Napas). The club started in the 3rd Division (1990/01). Between 2003 and 2006, the club played in 2nd Division. They played their first 1st Division season in (2007) but were relegated and will compete again in the 2nd Division in 2008.

The team's colours are Orange and White.
