The '''Agrarian Bank of Greece''' ([[Greek language|Greek]] Αγροτική Τράπεζα Ελλάδος, abbreviated ATE) was founded on [[June 27]], [[1929]] as a non-profit organisation whose aim was to assist Greek farmers with low-interest loans and contribute to the overall development of rural Greece. 

The Agrarian Bank began operations on [[January 4]], [[1930]]. By [[1990]], the bank ventured outside its exclusive rural market into competition with urban banks. In [[1991]], ATE became incorporated and, in [[2000]], started selling stock on the [[Athens Stock Exchange]]. 

The current Governor of the Agrarian Bank is Dimitris Miliakos.
