Aimilios Theofanidis was a Greek football centre back with a knack of scoring an occasional goal from a set piece. He played for AEK in the early 1960s and was a member of the 1963 team that won the Greek Championship. He did not become a regular, living most of his career in the shadow of Yiannis Marditsis, Alekos Iordanou and Tasos Vasiliou.

Late in his career he transferred to PAOK.
