Anagennisis Karditsa (Greek, Αναγέννηση Καρδίτσας), or ASA, the Anagennisi Athletic Club, (Greek, ΑΣΑ - Αθλητικός Σύλλογος Αναγέννησης), is a professional football (soccer) club based in the city of Karditsa, Thessaly, Greece. Established in 1904, it is one of the oldest football clubs in Greece.

The club competed in the 3rd Division - North (Γ' Εθνική) of the Greek National Football Championship in 2008 and were promoted to the 2nd Division as the third club, defeating Ilioupolis FC in a playoff game.

The club's colours are yellow and black.
