Anthimos Kapsis (Greek: Άνθιμος Καψής) was a Greek football defender of the 1970s - 1980s era.

Kapsis was born on September 3, 1950, on the island of Astypalaia and played for Panathinaikos from 1971 until the mid-1980s. He was a member of the team that played in Wembley Stadium in the final of the European Cup of Champions in 1971.

Kapsis was capped 35 times by the National Football Team of Greece and was a member of the team that competed in the finals of Euro 1980. He was also selected to an all-European squad that faced a South American one in a charity game.

Anthimos Kapsis is the father of Michalis Kapsis who played for AEK, Olympiakos, Bordeaux and APOEL Lefkosia.
