Aperi is a village in the municipality of Karpathos, on the island of Karpathos, Greece.

The population of the village was 469 inhabitants, according to the 2001 census. Aperi is situated 8km from Karpathos town. It served as the island's capital from 1700 until 1892 and is the seat of the Bishop of Karpathos and Kassos.
