Arian Beqaj is an Albanian football goalkeeper.

Beqaj was born on August 25, 1975. He played for Partizan Tirana before coming to Greece in 1998. In Greece, Beqaj has played for OFI (1998 - 2003) and Ionikos (2004 - 2006).

Following the 2006 season, Beqaj moved to Cyprus where he is currently the keeper for Anorthosis Famagusta.
