Arjan Beqaj is a retired Albanian football goalkeeper.

Beqaj was born on August 25, 1975 in Prizren. He played for Partizan Tirana before coming to Greece in 1998. In Greece, Beqaj has played for OFI (1998 - 2003) and Ionikos (2004 - 2006).

Following the 2006 season, Beqaj moved to Cyprus where he played for Anorthosis Famagusta (2006 - 2010), Olympiakos Nicosia (2010 - 2011) and Ermis Aradippou (2011).

In 2011, he retired and became the goalkeeping coach for Anorthosis Famagusta and the Cyprus national football team.

Beqaj was capped 43 times for the national team of Albania.
