Christodoulos Pasiardis was a diplomat who served as Minister for Defence of the Republic of Cyprus.

Pasiardis was born in Tseri on January 31, 1944. He studied Philosophy in the University of Athens and was appointed to the diplomatic corps in January of 1974.

Afterwards, he served the Cypriot Foreign Ministry in various capacities including Ambassador to Athens between April 1998 until November 2001.

In December 2001, he was appointed Secretary General of the Foreign Ministry and, on May 14, 2007 was appointed Minister for Defence.

He died on August 4, 2014.

Pasiardis was married with two children.
