The club's greatest achievement was the second-place finish in 1971 - which gave them the right to be the first Cypriot team in the UEFA Cup. The draw paired them with later semifinalist AC Milan. Both games were lost. 4-0 at San Siro. 0-3 on Cyprus. They have also played in the Cyprus Cup final in 2005, losing to Omonia Nicosia 2-0.
