Dimitris Chondrokoukis (Greek Δημήτρης Χονδροκούκης) is a Greek athlete who competes in the high jump.

Chondrokoukis was born in Athens on June 26, 1988, the son of another high jump athlete Kyriakos Chondrokoukis. He is an athlete of Olympiakos.

On March 11, 2012, Chondrokoukis won the gold medal in the World Indoor Championships in Istanbul. His performance of 2.33m was a personal best.

Chondrokoukis was pulled out of the London 2012 Olympics team after testing positive for a banned substance.
