Dimitris Michas was a Greek athlete who competed in the triple jump.

Michas was born on June 7, 1958. He was an athlete of Panelefsiniakos.

Michas broke the Greek record for the triple jump on September 20, 1981 with 17.04m, becoming the first Greek to break the 17m barrier. His record stood for 16 years until broken on August 8, 1997, by Christos Meletoglou. Michas also broke the indoor record on March 6, 1982, with 16.52m.

Among his accomplishments were:
