Dimitris Regas is a Greek 400m sprinter.

Controversy

On July 11, 2008, Regas tested positive for the forbidden substance Methyltrienolone - a steroid. The sample was taken during the Panhellenic championships of June 13. Regas denied the use of the steroid and threatened to sue officials for slander, however, his second sample also tested positive.
