Elisavet "Elli" Mystakidou is a former Greek tae kwon do athlete.

Mystakidou was born on August 14, 1977 in Giannitsa, Macedonia, Greece. She began tae kwon do at the age of 12. She was an athlete of Filippos Giannitsa.

Mystakidou was a silver medalist at the Athens 2004 Olympic Games, in the 67kgs category. Four years later, in Beijing, she was eliminated in the round of 16. Following her elimination, she expressed the wish to withdraw from competition and raise a family.
