The Greek Football D Division or Delta Ethniki or Periferiako Protathlima, used to be the division below the Football C Division or Gamma Ethniki or Football League 2. This division was dissolved in the 2012/2013-season and merged with Gamma Ethniki.
The top clubs of the Football D Division participated in the Gamma Ethniki in the following year. Similarly, the Gamma Ethniki's bottom clubs were relegated to the Football D Division.
Now below Gamma Ethniki are the prefectural championships. They are called FCA Championships.
