Giorgos Frangou is a former Greek football player of the 1960s era.

Frangou was born in 1942, in Spata, Attica prefecture. He was a forward for Aittitos Spata before making the big jump to Apollon Athens in 1959. Frangou stayed with Apollon until 1971. He ended his career with Aegaleo.

After his playing days were over, Frangou coached a number of clubs including Pannafpliakos, Atromitos Piraeus, Proodeftiki, Atromitos Athens, Aegaleo and Apollon Athens.
