Giorgos Paraschos is a Greek former football midfielder/defender and current coach of Levadiakos FC.

Paraschos was born on August 23, 1952 in Thessaloniki. He started his playing career in the youth system of PAOK in 1967. He turned professional in 1971. In 1975 he transferred to Kastoria FC and played for the "furriers" until the 1985 season.

As a coach, Paraschos has been at Kastoria (1989 - 1992), Pannafpliakos, Trikala FC, Karditsa FC, Kavala, Iraklis, APOEL, Aris, PAS Giannina, Paniliakos, Akratitos and Chalkidona.

After the 2005 merger of Chalkidona with Atromitos Athens, Paraschos became the coach of Atromitos.

In January 2007, he replaced Moca Vukotic as coach of PAOK. In November of that same year, he became head coach at OFI Crete. Later, he had another spell at PAS Giannina.

In February 2010, Paraschos took over the reins of Panionios. Later in that year he coached SKODA Xanthi only to return to Panionios in November 2010.

In 2011 he returned to Iraklis and then moved on to Levadiakos.
