Ioannis Maragoudakis was a Greek athlete who competed in the hammer throw.

Maragoudakis was born in Athens in 1938. He was an athlete of Panionios.

He broke the 21-year old Greek record - held by Christos Dimitropoulos - for the hammer throw in 1957. However, that same year he was admitted to the Athens Polytechnic Institute and his sports-related activities diminished and gradually ceased.

Maragoudakis currently serves as the President of the Panhellenic Open Sea Sailing Club.
