Ionikos are a Greek football club. They were founded in 1965 when AE Nikaia merged with Aris Nikaia.

From 1989 to 2007, Ionikos spent 16 out of 18 seasons in Alpha Ethniki. During that span, Ionikos finished as high as 5th in the league (on two occasions) and were finalists in the Greek Cup (1999-2000).
