Julio Cesar da Silva e Souza is a Brazilian football forward / attacking midfielder.
Julio Cesar was born on February 26, 1980 in Itaguai, Brazil. He started his career with Fluminense in 1999 before leaving for Europe where he played for: Lokomotiv Moscow (2003 - 2004), Estela Amadora (2004) and Gil Vicente (2005).
Julio Cesar joined AEK in the middle of the 2005 season and has been a regular since.
