Kostas Athanasopoulos was a Greek football left-side defender of the late 1960s - 1970s era.
Athanasopoulos was born on July 8, 1947. He played for Panathinaikos from 1966 until 1975 and was a member of the team that reached the final of the European Cup of Champions in 1971.
During his career, Athanasopoulos was capped once by the National Football Team of Greece.
