Kostas Mavridis is a Greek former football defender of the 1980s - 1990s era.

Mavridis was born on July 7, 1962, in Tashkent, USSR. He came to Greece with his family and started playing football for Athinaikos as a centre forward. In 1983, he was acquired by Panathinaikos and was converted into a centre back.

During the 12 years he played for Panathinaikos, Mavridis made 297 top-league appearances (scoring 38 goals) and won 4 League titles and 7 cups. Afterwards, he left Panathinaikos and played briefly for AEK Larnaca and Apollon Athens.

He was capped a total of 30 times by the National Football Team of Greece, scoring one goal (in a World Cup qualifier against Denmark.
