Kostas Negrepontis was a Greek football forward of the 1920s and 1930s.

Negrepontis was born in Istanbul in 1897. After starting his football career in Turkey and also playing in France, he came to Greece and joined AEK in 1926. He was capped twice by Greece.

After he retired, Negrepontis coached such teams as AEK, Olympiakos, Panelefsiniakos, Apollon Athens, Panionios, Ethnikos Piraeus and the National Football Team of Greece.

Negrepontis died on February 19, 1973.
