Kyriakos A. Serfiotis was the first Mayor of Piraeus, Greece.

Serfiotis was originally from the island of Hydra and served as mayor from December 23, 1835 - when he was sworn in at St Spyridon Church - until 1841. During his tenure, Piraeus grew from a "city" of 200 to nearly 3,000 souls.
