Manolis Kottis is a former Greek football forward of the 1970s - 1980s era.

Kottis played for Rhodes FC winning top scorer honours in the Beta Ethniki in 1977 with 28 goals. After the club was promoted in 1978, he managed to score 24 goals in their first Alpha Ethniki season ([[1979 Football Championship|1978-79) which was good enough for second place behind Thomas Mavros of AEK.

Kottis transferred to AEK in the middle of the 1981 season. His career at AEK lasted until the middle of the 1985 season when he transferred to Aegaleo FC.

Kottis has coached Rhodes FC after his retirement.
