Manolis Mitsias is a Greek singer with a career that spans over 40 years.

Mitsias was born on February 26, 1946 in Doumpia, Chalkidiki prefecture, Macedonia, Greece. He started his career at a very young age, having a keen interest in Byzantine music and traditional music. He studied in Thessaloniki and first recorded a song in 1969 with the hit "Στην Ελευσίνα μια φορά" ("Once upon a time in Elefsina").

Over the next forty+ years, Mitsias sang songs by noted composers such as Mikis Theodorakis, Stavros Xarchakos, Vasilis Tsitsanis, Thanos Mikroutsikos, Yiannis Markopoulos, Marios Tokas, Akis Panos, Dimos Moutsis, Giorgos Hadjinasios, Yiannis Spanos, etc. In the early 1970s he also sang works by the Spanish poet Federico Garcia Lorca.

Mitsias has appeared in concert in Greece and abroad. He has recorded to date more than 35 albums.
