Methodius III (Greek Μεθόδιος Γ') was a clergyman of the 17th century who served as Patriarch of Constantinople.

Methodius, whose surname in the world was Moronis, was born in Crete. He served as Metropolitan of Heraklia in Eastern Thrace before becoming Patriarch on January 5, 1668. He was dethroned in March of 1671. Afterwards, he lived in Chios, Zakynthos and Venice where he died in 1679.
