Michalis Kritikopoulos was a Greek football striker.

Kritikopoulos was born in 1946 and broke into A' Division football with Panaigialios. He transferred first to Ethnikos Piraeus and then (1974) to Olympiakos, finishing his career at Apollon Athens. In his career he scored a total of 175 goals in the A' Division. He was capped 28 times by the Greek National Football Team scoring 3 goals.

Kritikopoulos died on July 20, 2002 in Andros where he had participated in a game between veteran players.
