Nikos Hatzivrettas

Nikos Hatzivrettas (Greek: Νίκος Χατζηβρέττας; born May 26, 1977 in Thessaloniki) is a retired Greek professional basketball player.

Hatzivrettas was a member of the national team that won the 2005 European Championship and the silver medal in the 2006 World Championship.

Before going to Panathinaikos, he played for Aias Evosmos, Iraklis (1997 - 2002) and CSKA Moscow (2002 - 2003).

After Panathinaikos achieved the treble in 2007, Hatzivrettas signed a two-year extension to his contract. When this contract expired in 2009 he joined Aris to end his career in 2011.

Hatzivrettas played 116 games at the Greek squad and scored 712 points.
