Nikos Tzounakos (Greek: Νίκος Τζουνάκος) was a Greek football defender of the 1960s.

Tzounakos was born on April 4, 1937. He played right back for Panathinaikos, between 1960 and 1965, in 95 league games and 15 Greek Cup games. He was replaced in PAO's lineup by Aristides Kamaras.
