Panagia is a settlement on the Greek island of Kassos, in the southern Aegean Dodecanese complex.

Panagia derives its name from the local church of the Dormition of the Virgin Mary ("Panagia" in Greek). Each August 15th, a festival is held at the church which attracts Kassiotes from all Greece but also from abroad.
