Panagiotis "Potis" Barbalias (Greek Παναγιώτης Μπαρμπαλιάς) was a Greek football midfielder who played during the 1960s.

Barbalias came up to Olympiakos' main team as part of the "Babes of Simonovski". He took part in several league games but was not established as a regular.

He played in Australia for South Melbourne Hellas in 1963.

Barbalias died of cancer in May 2008.
