Paraskevas Antzas is a former Greek football defender.

Antzas was born on August 18, 1976. He began his football career at Pandramaikos before joining Skoda Xanthi in 1995. In 1998, he transferred to Olympiakos where he played until 2003. He quit after the season was over, citing "family reasons", to move back to Drama to play for C Division club Doxa Drama FC. The following year, he rejoined Skoda Xanthi and, in the summer of 2007, moved back to Olympiakos.

On June 15, 2008, he announced his retirement from international soccer -- hours after Greece's early exit from Euro 2008. Antzas' decision did come as a bit of a shock. The defender didn't give a reason for his decision.

Antzas played his last game on May 3, 2009.

He was capped 26 times with the Greek National Football Team.
