Roque Raúl Alfaro (Ραούλ Μπιστάκης), (born 15 August 1956 in Nogoyá, Entre Ríos) is an Argentine football manager and former player who played as a striker. He played for Newell's Old Boys, Panathinaikos FC, América de Cali, River Plate, Newell's Old Boys, O'Higgins. He won the Colombian league in 1982 and 1983. Playing for the River Plate he won the Primera División Argentina: 1985–86, the Copa Libertadores in 1986, the Copa Intercontinental 1986 and the Copa Interamericana in 1986. He also won the Primera División Argentina 1987–88 playing for the Newell's Old Boys. He was selected to play for Argentina national team in the Copa América 1987.
