Isaak "Sakis" Dionysiadis was a Greek football player (goalkeeper) of the 1950s - 1960s era.

Dionysiadis was born in Drama in 1941. He played for Doxa Drama from 1959 until 1969. Afterwards, he joined PAOK. He returned to Drama to play for Pandramaikos for one year and ended his football career with Panserraikos in 1975.

He died on June 28, 2018.
